Description
First of all I would like to give thanks to Eremita for suggestion a series, without that suggestion this would not have been done. If you haven't allready checked his art then you should, he is an amazing photographerYou know how sometimes you just want to throw your computer in the same direction you just threw your camera?
Well this shot has been like that for me. First an amazing amount of attempts of getting a decent looking selfportrait and then hours and hours trying to get the lighting and mood right. A very painfull experience so in the end the mood I tried to find became more and more real. This was painfull.
However all the work and frustration might very well mean that this will be the last shot in this series, not sure yet. If nothing else I learned a lot of new stuff about my camera and GIMP.
Please fire away with C&C, I so need all the help and suggestions I can get
Thats all for now.
Love
Johannes

Your body, as in the first one, is also in a good position - highly suggestive of your chosen topic, in this case, pain.
Very, very careful and well presented piece of work Johannes!

Very brave of you.. this pose.. Very "dristig"
Nice message (How i see it): A prisoner or such being tortured for a very long time. Scared, Alone in pain.. Very nice. Love it..

An emotive shot for sure FJ, but I did like the mystery and "lost and found" edge/shape in the shadows of the first more. More abstract and interesting.
This stands on it's own merits, tho, and not much I can add to what's already been said!

Then its you....your photo reminds me of Antonio Biancos shots....he had a photo called "Lotus" and it was amazing...so is yours!
ps: I know what you mean!

My only crit would be the border of your body on the right side I think it looks weird, but the idea itself of the photo is beautiful, you have a unique eye for posing, wonderful mood......... I feel very happy to see a series of this theme, Congratulations! +10/10

two cases:
1. i don't like this capture - this pose looks not really good especialy with this light on floor...
2. hmmm... nice shot because looks like u cans show use alienating man... without unneedet elements... just man on floor, clera and simple... maybe this light looks nto really good but i can't crit...
as u can see i can't tell u generally "i like this one" or " i don't " ... very hard to crit. piture... maybe this is sign of class this capture ?
i still don't rally know
