Screaming out his sorrow and longing for revenge among his fallen comrades....

Infact, this is a alpha male Elephant Seal making his call for a mock fight. The surronding seals are "molting" in the Sun. At the time of year when this photo was taken (around June) only the males will be on the beach and they will stage mock fights in preparation for the mating season

So, you see what you want to see, you hear what you want to hear. Everything is not allways as it seems

I like the way you cut this picture. Composition is very good.
My only crit is the text, it is a little hard to understant what it is saying, but I can imagine from your title.

ditto on the discription, its always nice to read something interesting.

nice shot, its cool to see images of creatures/ things that arent cliche.
my suggestion on the text it so maybe make it larger.

I tend to look at this as half-abstract, because the elephant seals form such marvellous patterns. The colors in this shot add to that feeling. Great work!

Either my eyes are really bad or the elephant seal is out of focus. Also I can't read the text which I know says, "Call to Arms"

Nice composition & lighting, but too much is out of focus for me.
